Trevathan's Suspension Reduced

LAKE FOREST - Danny Trevathan will sit one game instead of two after appealing his league suspension.

Trevathan was initially suspended two games for his hard hit on Packers receiver Devante Adams last Thursday night. Trevathan was flagged for unnecessary roughness as his helmet connected with Adams' helmet, but he was not ejected from the game.

Trevathan will sit out the Bears game against the Vikings Monday night. He'll rejoin the team next Tuesday.
