LAKE FOREST - One of the keys to the Bears' season this year will be keeping Kevin White on the field and having him play a big role in the offense.
So it was a major plus for the Bears to have White on the practice field Tuesday during their OTA workout. He was a full participant. White is returning to full health after being sidelined for all but four games last season by a broken leg and an ankle injury. It was the second straight season he was sidelined by injuries.
White says he has to start producing this year.
"It's got to happen now. I've got to turn it up," White told reporters. "Even year one and year two I always wanted to turn it up and show what I can do, so for me year three it's just...it's time."
