In an eight quart pan fill with water add salt two bay leaves and pepper. Bring to a broil add ribs simmer for an hour turning every twenty minutes or so. PUll ribs out and put in an oven pan and bake at 350 or on a grill. Sauce them on each side until the sauce is caramelize on the ribs. 15-20 minutes in the oven. 10-15 on the grill.
