3 T Sugar, Granulated
2 t Salt
1 T Dry mustard
1 1/2 T Garlic, chopped
1/4 C + 1 T White Vinegar
1 1/4 C Olive Oil
3 T Water
1/4 t Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 t Cracked Black Pepper
1. Combine all ingredients excpet oil and water, blend very well.
2. Slowly drizzle in oil while whipping vigorously to form an emulsion.
3. Slowly add water until dressing is the desired consistency.
NOTE: An immersion blender or food processor work great for making this dressing.
