Building Across from State Capitol Evacuated for Powdery Substance

UPDATE: Suspicious substance found in envelope turned out to be baby powder.
UPDATE:  Police say the suspicious substance was baby powder.

SPRINGFIELD -- A building across from the Illinois State Capitol is being evacuated. A suspicious substance was found in mail sent to the Governor's Office of Citizen Assistance.

This is happened while the legislature is in session to discuss a pension reform bill.
