ComEd Reports Power Restored To Southeast Rockford

ROCKFORD - ComEd says lights are back on after Thursday morning's power outage.

UPDATE: According to ComEd, power has been restored.

ROCKFORD - An issue with a substation turns the lights off for 4,600 residents.

ComEd says the issue is at the Sabrooke substation near their headquarters.  They're working on temporary restorations while trying to figure out what caused the outage.

Police say the southeast section of the city is affected.
