Four Suspected Prostitutes Arrested on Rockford's East Side

Police say women were working out of east side hotels.
ROCKFORD -- Four women were arrested on Sunday on prostitution charges.  Police say they were operating out of east side hotels. 

Rockford police began the operation after they had received complaints from hotel management of suspected illicit sexual activity at their businesses.  The Police Department's M3 Street Team conducted the operation by targeting prostitutes who advertise on social media websites.

Arrested were:

Brenda K. Hughes 49yo - Prostitution, Resisting Arrest
Teisha K. Hamm 24yo - Prostitution
Stephanie M. Metcalf 26yo - Prostitution (pictured)
Patricia A. Meives 43yo - Prostitution, Warrant

At the time of the release, only Metcalf's photo was available from the Winnebago County jail.
