ROCKFORD (WTVO) -- Governor Pat Quinn wants to raise the minimum wage in Illinois from $8.25 an hour to an even $10. 
        Quinn spoke of recovery during his State of the State address on Wednesday, but Syverson says raising the minimum wage in Illinois "is not going to create more jobs, it's going to make it worse."
