To honor the Civil Rights Act of 1964, local leaders and delegation is coming together as part of the "Path to Transformation" event. NAACP Rockford Chapter President Lloyd Johnston and NCNW Rockford Chapter President Deetra Sallis joined Eyewitness News More Local in the Morning to talk about the annual Black History Month Observance event.
