UPDATE: Man Reaches Plea Deal With Prosecutors In Fatal Hit and Run

JANESVILLE - A man involved in a deadly hit and run reaches a deal with prosecutors.

UPDATE (8/6/14): Bell agreed to plead guilty to reckless homicide and hit and run involving death.  He faces a maximum of 15 years in prison.  His sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 7.  He was arrested in May 2013.  Tune into Eyewitness News Local at 5 and 6 Wednesday to hear reaction from the victim's family.

The Beloit Police Department has identified two individuals believed to be the occupants of the offending vehicle from Sunday's fatal accident which occurred at the intersection of Copeland and Yates Av. The two suspects are cousins:

-Johnquayl K. Bell, B/M, 04/03/1990

-Chatavier A. Bell-Johnson, B/M, 01/29/1996

Johnquayl Bell is wanted through the Rock County Sheriff's Office on a Body Attachment for Non-Support and also a Wisconsin Department of Corrections warrant.
