UPDATE: Rockton Woman Claims To Have Seen Missing Boy Timmothy Pitzen

ROCKTON: Aurora Police receive a tip on missing boy's location.

UPDATE (5/16/14): A Rockton woman claims to have seen Pitzen at a garage sale in Rockton on May 9.  However, after describing how the boy was acting, Aurora Police don't believe it was Pitzen.  Still, they've e-mailed home movies of Pitzen to the woman, who hasn't gotten back to investigators yet.

Dan Ferrelli, Director of Public Information for the city of Aurora, says investigators have received tips about Pitzen's whereabouts from people all across the country.

WTVO/WQRF - A national organization releases a digital of what the missing child may look like today.

The three year anniversary of Timmothy Pitzen's disappearance is just days away.  The National Center For Missing & Exploited Children hope an updated picture of the child could lead to his discovery.

Pitzen would be nine years old this year.  He went missing May 12, 2011.

Since then, Aurora Police have received tips and investigated many leads, but to no avail.

Pitzen's mother, Amy Fry-Pitzen, vowed in a suicide note that her son was safe in someone else's custody, but would never be found.  Police later found her body in a Rockford motel room.

For Timmothy, it started innocently enough.  His mother pulled him out of school and took him on a two day trip to the Wisconsin Dells.  Video surveillance cameras even caught video of them leaving the Kalahari Resort.

If you have any information, you're urged to call police.
