Deer Hunting Season Begins

ROCKFORD - It's that time of year again for hunters.
ROCKFORD - It's that time of year again for hunters.

Deer season is officially underway.  Hunting hours are 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset and hunters must register all the deer they get.  Biologists will also be on hand to examine each one to make sure they're not infected with Chronic Wasting Disease, although testing is not required.

  9. Stephenson Co. Fairgrounds
  10. Rock Cut State Park
