Galloway, who was killed in a crash Sunday while driving on
another vehicle which had been reported stolen.
Kendra Collier Green met Galloway more than a decade ago. She has many fond memories of a woman that, "loved everyone she met," said Green.
Her impact on the community is really immeasurable.
"It is hard to take into account the amount of lives that she touched," said Green. "That's a really hard question to answer."

ROCKFORD- At around 5:00 P.M. Sunday, Rockford police officers were sent to the area of Spring Creek Road and North Second Street in reference to a traffic crash.
Upon arrival, officers located a stolen black Hyundai Elantra, white Chrysler 300, and green Buick Lucerne that were involved in the crash.
There were two individuals in the Chrysler. A 65 year old female passenger in the Chrysler was pronounced dead at the scene. The male driver of the Chrysler was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
There were three males in the Hyundai and they were all taken to local hospitals. Two of the males had non-life threatening injuries. One of the males is in critical condition.
There were two individuals in the Buick, a male and a female, who were not injured.
Officers conducting the investigation learned that the Hyundai, which was reported to be stolen out of Rockford, was traveling East on Spring Creek Road underneath North Second Street at a high rate of speed. The driver of the Hyundai lost control and crossed the medium crashing head-on into the Chrysler. The Hyundai then struck the Buick.
The names of the individuals involved are being withheld at this time.
