Hidden Treasure Found In The Stateline

Lithographs Of The Declaration Of Independence & Constitution
Rockford, Illinois- A group of men outside of Kirkland believe they have found a collection that is rare and valuable. They have prints of the Constitution and Declaration Of Independence. In all, about 11,000 prints of the Constitution and 100 of the Declaration of Independence.

It's a mystery how exactly the prints got to Illinois, but they were done by master lithographer, Theodore Ohman. His work is in the National Archives, Independence Hall & The Library Of Congress. The group of men obtained the pieces through an estate sale.

There are more crates to be opened, with the hopes of finding more treasure. The group plans on selling the collection so it can be properly displayed.
