After pressuring the insurance company, they offered 15-hundred bucks-- just enough to pay one of their enginieers to determine the damage was caused by ground water-- essentially nullifying the insurance. Now the homeowner says they're not sure what to do.
Check out this little devil. No seriously, it's a tasmanian devil making the san diego zoo it's new home. Four of them arrived from australia this week. They're endangered animals so they're part of an awareness program to save them. Before the public gets to see them however, they have to finish a 30 day quarantine.
Finally, with haloween around the corner, pumpkin growers are out to beat the record, and a man in oregon came very close. Check out this gigantic gourd! Scott holub grew the squash that weighed in at one thousand one hundred and seventy five pounds. That's just shy of the national record. Holub decided to put the pumpkin in his front yard to blend in with the rest of his haloween decor.
