"The first thing that jumps out about Kaneland is they've been in a lot of tight games al year long, and they've won every single one of them except for noe," says Lutheran coach Tom Guse. "I think it's been something like 13 games that have been decided by three or less points."
"They're a team taht likes to attack and kick, so our goal right now is just to play good defense. Keep them in front, and limit them to one shot," says Lutheran senior Thomas Kopelman.
The Crusaders will take a 27-3 record into the game.
In the other Hampshire semifinal game on Wednesday Sycamore will play Woodstock Marian.
