Rockford, Illinois - ROCKFORD - An argument between two brothers in Rockford turned violent over night. Eyewitness News is more local in Winnebago County, where police responded to the 900 block of North Winnebago street just after midnight Saturday for reports of a stabbing. Officers found a 35-year old victim with two puncture wounds in his back. The victim told police he was stabbed by his brother during an argument. The victim’s brother, 22-year old Toriano Chapman fled the scene on foot. Chapman was later arrested and charged with aggravated domestic battery. His brother victim was treated for his injuries and released
