Beloit Man Under Arrest for Attempted Murder

BELOIT - One man is in custody after allegedly stabbing two people.

Luis Munoz, 23, is charged with attempted first degree intentional homicide.  The stabbings happened Tuesday at 6:20pm in the 300 block of Short Street.

Police say Munoz stabbed 72 year-old Bobbie Wilson multiple times.  Police found him lying on a bed.  A second victim, 44 year-old Vicky Wilson, was stabbed once in the hand.

Vicky Wilson was treated and released from Beloit Memorial Hospital.  Bobbie Wilson was transferred to Mercy Hospital in Janesville.

Police say all three live together.
