Belvidere - Things are going well for Chrysler.

The automaker beat analysts' expectations with a 44% uptick in U.S. sales last month.  Chrysler CEO, Sergio Marchionne, will be in Belvidere tomorrow along with Gov. Pat Quinn, as well as union and local leaders to celebrate the launch of the Dodge Dart.

Chrysler is expected to add more than 1,000 jobs to its Belvidere plant to help build the compact sedan.
