WTVO/WQRF - Former Illinois State University President Timothy Flanagan pleads not guilty to misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges.

The charges stem from an altercation between Flanagan and a ground crew worker outside of the University-owned Presidents' home in December.

Flanagan acknowledged yelling at the employee, but denies he made contact with him. Flanagan resigned last month, just days before the charge was filed.

Flanagan served as ISU's President for just 7 months.
