Hsa Kler Htoo, 27, charged with two counts of concealment of homicidal death.

ROCKFORD - Winnebago County State's Attorney Joe Bruscato and Rockford Police Chief Dan O'Shea announced during a news conference Friday that a man and three women have been charged for their alleged involvement in the double-murder of Danielle Son and Sergio Quiroz.

Hsa Kler Htoo, 27, was arrested Thursday evening. He's charged with two counts of concealment of homicidal death and one count of obstruction of justice for destroying evidence.

Three women are also charged with a single count of obstruction of justice. They are Eh Tha Blay (20), Thee Da Cho (30), and Naw Naw (51). All are members of Hand Son's immediate family.

Last Thursday, Danielle Son, 22, and Sergio Quiroz, 25, were found shot to death at Blackhawk Park after being reported missing since the previous Saturday. Prior to the discovery of their bodies, police attempted to pull over Danielle Son's estranged husband, Hand Son, 26, while driving in Rockford for kidnapping the two. He fled from police before crashing his car then shooting and killing himself.

Htoo was arraigned Friday afternoon in Winnebago County court. He's being held on $25,000 bail.
