ROCKFORD - An innocent game of Dominoes has anything but a happy ending.
Jamar Clay, 26, pled guilty to aggravated battery with a firearm in court Monday. According to the terms of the plea deal, Clay will spend 13 years in prison.
The incident happened in Sept. 2012 in the 200 block of Waldo. Clay and the victim got into an argument while playing dominoes and it escalated into a fist fight. The victim then got in his car to leave when Clay started shooting at him.
The victim was hit three times, but did survive the attack.
