Guilford High School holding a groundbreaking for its new field house Tuesday morning.
School officials say the new building will centralize all physical education, making it easier for stundet to get from class to gym. Right now, physical education classes are spread throughout campus.
"Just to be able to have more flexibility to run practice, to have more flexibility for other competitions here, whether they're tournaments or youth league types of things," says Guilford teacher Dean Martinetti.
Guilford's athletic director says the new field house should be finished by late November.
