ROCKFORD - UPDATE: The Winnebago County Coroner's Office has identified the body found in the snow outside a building on Trilling Avenue on Saturday morning.
51-year-old Thomas Murphy is believed initially to have died from hypothermia, and the death is not considered suspicious.
Toxicology reports are pending.

Officers got a call at around 3:00 a.m. for a man down on the 3700 block, just north of West Riverside. The cause of his death has not been determined.
