Nearly A Dozen Arrests In Public Indecency Investigation

WTVO/WQRF - Ten men are charged with public indecency at several area forest preserves.

The arrests come after a two week investigation by the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department.  Officials say they've received several complaints.

Police arrested the following at the Espenscheid Forest Preserve:

  • James Richmond, 72
  • Brian Piske, 53
  • Virgil Galyean, 62
  • Donald Cabral, 52

David Oblinger, 53 was arrested at the Blackhawk Springs East Forest Preserve.  Daniel Ohms, 58, was arrested at the Kieselburg Forest Preserve.

The following were arrested at the Kishwaukee Gorge Forest Preserve:

  • Gene Beenken-Draper, 34
  • Frank Barraco, 68
  • Duane Hickman, 50
  • Charles Porter, 72
