WASHINGTON, DC (WTVO) -- Congressman Michael Grimm of New York physically threatened a news reporter, after Tuesday’s State of the Union address. The exchange at the Capitol was caught on camera. A New York One reporter tried to ask the Republican about a federal investigation into his 2010 campaign fundraising. Reporter Michael Scotto argued he was asking a valid question.

Here’s the exchange:

Reporter: Just finally before we let you go, since we have you here, we haven't had a chance...

Grimm: I'm not speaking about anything that's off-topic. This is only about the president's speech.

Reporter: But what about...  All right so Congressman Michael Grimm does not want to talk about some of the allegations concerning his campaign finances. We wanted to get him on camera on that but he as you saw refused to talk about that. Back to you.

Reporter: Why?

Grimm: Let me be clear to you. If you ever do that to me again. I'll throw you off this f***ing balcony.

Reporter: Why, why, I just wanted to ask you...

Grimm: If you ever do that to me again.

Reporter: Why. Why. It's a valid question.

Grimm: Inaudible. No.. no.. you're not man enough.. you're not man enough. I'll break you in half like a boy.
