NORTH BOONE - The North Boone Teachers Association Monday night showing their lack of support for their superintendent.

Out of 109 votes, in a survey to teachers, 98 voted no confidence with just five voting in confidence of Superintendent Dr. Steven Baule. But, board members say all they really want is to have a better working relationship with their superintendent.

"My hope is that the district will work with [Dr. Baule] to try to get him to make changes that are more positive so that we can have a better, more positive relationship with Dr. Baule," says Kelly Hanaman, President of the North Boone Education Association.
Five members refrained from taking a side.
