Rockford City Council Approves Plan to Turn Fran Kral Building into Wellness Center

ROCKFORD - The Fran Kral building will soon turn into a wellness center for city employees.

At Monday night's city council metting officials approved the project. They say the clinic will reduce the expenses the city currently spends on health care for their employees.

City leaders say renovations will cost $256,000. They say the city will work to expand the services for residents as well.
