WTVO/WQRF - Stateline residents lining their pockets with money that was already theirs to begin with.

The state's I-Cash program returning $30 million to Illinois residents so far this year. The program is designed to help residents find unclaimed money or property owed to them by the state of Illinois.

Typically the money is leftover from inactive savings accounts or bill overpayments.
