Crep Batter Recipe


1 cup of flour

2 eggs

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of water

1/4 teaspoon of salt

2 tablespoons of melted butter


La France Crep


1 tablespoon butter

6 ounces of lobster meat

2 cups of spinach

1 cup of diced artichoke hearts  

1/2 teaspoon of chopped garlic

1/2 teaspoon of chopped schallots

3/4 cup of heavy cream

1 ounce of sherry

Sea salt and pepper to taste
