FREEPORT - A toddler is in child protective services after a doctor found cocaine in his nose.
Police say the boy's parents took him to the doctor Monday afternoon because he was acting strangely. A doctor removed a substance from the 2-year-old's nose, which later tested positive as cocaine.
Police have questioned the boy's parents.
No charges have been filed. The case is still under investigation.
