The session marked a two and a half month long process of meeting with members of the community. Each session allowed community members to set goals for the committee to work from.
But, commitee members say, the process has only just begun.
"We're going to start combing it for common themes trying to come up with a single shared vision and statements of what it would look like when we achieve that vision," says Mike Schablaske, executive director of Transform Rockford.
Once officials find that theme, they will come back to the community for review and comments.
