Two People Shot at Rockford Trailer Park

UPDATE- Two people are wounded after a trailer park shooting late Saturday night.

Winnebago County Sheriff's Deputies responded to Swedish American Hospital. Two shooting victims had been transported by friends. Eric R. Lowry, 20, was shot in the stomach. Zackery Rouse, 19, was shot in the lip.

The injuries are non-life threatening. The victims were in a house at 3402 Azurite Pl. when several men arrived at the house and at least one was armed.

A confrontation took place and that’s when shots were fired. The suspects fled. No arrests have been made.

ROCKFORD-Two people have been shot at the Gem Suburban Mobile Home Park.  The trailer park is located off of South Main Street near the Chicago Rockford International Airport.

Winnebago County Police are handling the shooting. Police have not reported any other injuries.
