UPDATE (5/1/14): One man is in custody for the murder of Raymond Holloway.  He is 20 year-old Jajuan Logan.  He's charged with 1st degree intentional homicide.  Investigators learned Logan was in Racine and he was taken into custody April 30 without incident.

A second suspect in the case, 31 year-old Angelo Young, is still at large.  A warrant for 1st degree murder has been issued against him.  If you have any information that could lead to his location, you're urged to call police.

BELOIT -- A second murder has been reported in the Beloit area on Friday.

This one happened at approximately 4:22pm when officers patrolling in a south western Beloit neighborhood heard gunshots.  Residents in the Eighth and Highland area then began calling to report a person firing a weapon, and a vehicle quickly leaving the area.

Police and emergency medical personnel arrived on the scene to find 20-year-old Raymond L. Holloway with a gunshot wound. Neighbors say he was shot twice in back while walking to his car.  He was rushed to Beloit Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

This follows a murder investigation earlier in the day on a rural road (see link to story below).  Police are investigating whether the two shooting deaths may be connected.
