UPDATE (6/9/14): Smith pled guilty to two counts of aggravated battery.  As part of his plea deal, he'll spend the next 10 years in prison.

ROCKFORD - Police arrest a man they say targeted his victims through Craigslist.

Trivell Smith, 22 faces two counts each of aggravated robbery and theft.

The alleged incidents all occurred within the last four months in the northwest part of Rockford.  The victims posted items such as video game systems and phones for sale on Craigslist.  Police believe Smith contacted the sellers and posed as a buyer.  When Smith would meet his victims, he'd rob them.

Smith is currently being held on a $13,000 bond.  He's due to appear in court March 31.
