ROCKFORD - A man learns alcohol and marijuana is a dangerous and deadly combination.
Kenny Harris, 32, was found guilty of agg. DUI involving death and reckless driving.
Last March, Harris crashed and flipped his car into a creek between 6th and 7th Avenues. Harris was able to get out of the car, but his passenger Brandon Moore died in the crash. Police took him into custody. At the time of his arrest, Harris' BAC was .144. The legal limit is .08. A drug test revealed THC in his system as well.
Harris' sentencing is scheduled for July 25.
