UPDATE (2/12/14): Police arrested 58 year-old Frederick Williams.  He's charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm at a person and unlawful use of a weapon by a felon.  His bond is set at $500,000.  He was arrested at his home just before 5pm Tuesday.

UPDATE (3:47pm): Investigators say a 48 year-old female employee at Jackson Hewitt was opening the business this morning.  She was accompanied by her boyfriend.  Her ex-husband showed up with a gun around 10:30am and allegedly fired one shot at her boyfriend.

Luckily for the victim, his winter coat was so thick the bullet didn't go all the way through.  The two men then got into a fight and the victim was able to wrestle away the suspect's gun.

The suspect then fled.  Police recovered the gun.  However, the gunman is still at large.
