ROCKFORD - Six years after the murder of Gregory Clark, a suspect is finally named.

Richard Wanke, 52, was indicted by a grand jury for 1st degree murder.  He's accused of shooting and killing Clark while the attorney was shoveling snow at his home.  Wanke was a client of Clark's at one time.

Wanke was arrested shortly after the murder, but was never charged.  However, he was convicted on an unrelated burglary charge and is already in prison.

Two others were arrested in the case.  But, only Diane Chavez, Wanke's ex-girlfriend, has been convicted.  She was found guilty of obstruction of justice.
