Stillman Valley, Illinois-Stillman Valley is getting set for playoff action for the 14th time in the last 15 years. The Cardinals will host Plano Saturday at 2pm.

This game will be a rematch of last season's first round. Stillman won that game over Plano 35-10.

The Cardinals come into the postseason with a 6-3 record. They're coming off perhaps their most impressive performance of the season. They beat Winnebago last Friday night 47-21.

"We finally put four quarters together," said head coach Mike Lalor to WTVO. "We got a couple key breaks as well, but to be able to play consistent football the whole game and not turn the ball over ourselves I think really led to what happened on Friday."

On the downside the Cardinals suffered some more injuries in that game, and they won't be 100 percent going into the Plano game.

"I don't think we'll have everybody ready to go," says Lalor. "But that's been kind of the case right from week one, so we'll find out who is ready and then just build off that."
