Bears Whipped By Seahawks

SEATTLE-The Bears looked a long way away from being Super Bowl contenders Friday night in Seattle. The reigning Super Bowl Champs the Seahawks dominated the Bears 34-6.

The Seahawks scored touchdowns on their first four possessions. Russell Wilson completed 15 of 20 passes for 202 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for one touchdown. Marshawn Lynch also rushed for a touchdown on the Seahawks first possession. They led 31-0 at halftime.

The Bears didn't score until Robbie Gould booted a pair of field goals in the fourth quarter.

Jay Cutler completed 12 of 20 passes for 157 yards. He was intercepted once near the goal line. The Bears struggled in all phases of the game.

On the bright side C.J. Wilson had an interception, and defensive end Willie Young had six tackles and one sack.

The Bears' preseason mark dips to 2-1. Their final preseason game will be next Thursday night at Cleveland.
