DEKALB-It was a football bonanza at DeKalb High School Tuesday. Eight Stateline football teams played four games each in seven-on-seven action.

And two future Big Ten players showed their talents. DeKalb running back/safety Dre Brown intercepted a pass in the Barbs' first game against Auburn. Croft showed an almost perfect touch on his passes in Boylan's opening game against Winnebago.

Brown will be attending Illinois next year. Croft will be attending Minnesota.

Lutheran's James Robinson was also involved in the action Tuesday. The junior running back already has an offer from Illinois State. Plenty more offers will be coming Robinson's way over the next year.

The eight schools involved Tuesday in the seven-on-seven action were DeKalb, Sycamore, Winnebago, Lutheran, Genoa-Kingston, Boylan, Belvidere North, and Auburn. No scores were kept.
