ST. LOUIS-To win this playoff series over the Blues the Blackhawks knew they'd have to get at least one win in St. Louis. They got it Friday night. They won 3-2 in overtime when Jonathan Toews scored on a breakaway.

Toews took a clearout pass and went streaking toward goalie Ryan Miller. He faked a forehand shot and when Miller sprawled out on the ice Toews flicked in a backhander in the blink of an eye.

The Blackhawks regulation goals were scored by Marian Hossa and Ben Smith. Corey Crawford had 29 saves while allowing the two Blues goals.

The Blackhawks have won three straight games after dropping the first two. They'll go for the series clincher Sunday at 2 p.m. at the United Center.
