Their last second comeback win last week over Oak Park Fenwick that extended their winning streak to 39 games might have changed things.
It might have served as a mini wake up call for a team that hadn't been tested all season. In some ways that scare could turn out to be a good thing for the Titans.
"It's good to challenge yourself and have a wake up call like that that you really need to keep working hard every week," says Boylan safety Peter Cimino.
"I think it just brought us closer together as a group," says running back DeMarcus Vines. "We didn't quit on each other when things got rough." And something good happened out of it."
This Saturday the Titans will travel to 9-2 Lake Zurich for a 1:00pm kickoff.
