Mike Dunleavy, who was in Tom Thibodeau's doghouse earlier in the series, provided the offensive punch that the Bulls have been lacking. He went eight of ten from three-point range, and he finished with 35 points. Jimmy Butler hit a clutch three-pointer of his own with 24 seconds left to give the Bulls the lead for keeps.
The Bulls as a team made 12 of 24 three-point attempts. Butler had 15 points. Carlos Boozer added 14. Taj Gibson and D.J. Augustin each had 13.
The Bulls still trail in the series 2 games to 1. Game four will be played Sunday at noon and it can be seen on WTVO 17.
