CHICAGO-The Cubs are coming off four straight losing seasons. They've averaged 95 losses per season over the last three years. They're off to a 1-3 start this season. How much longer are fans willing to be patient through this rebuilding phase, and do they believe team president Theo Epstein still has the franchise on the right track?
