Packers edge Saints 28-27

Just six days after being handed a loss due to poor officiating, the Green Bay Packers and fans appeared happy to see the regular NFL refs back on the field. Unfortunately for both parties, the honey moon didn't last very long.

Officials made a mistake on a 4th quarter fumble by the Saints' Darren Sproles, giving New Orleans the chance to retain possession of the ball and a chance to win the game. The Saints' Garrett Hartley pushed a 48-yard field goal wide left with less than three minutes left that would have put the Saints in the lead.

Aaron Rodgers had his best game of the season, throwing for 319 yards and four touchdowns, including a go-ahead 11-yard strike to Jordy Nelson to give the Packers the lead with 7 minutes remaining.
