Packers Top Lions 22-9

- Most expected the first Lions - Packers matchup of the year to be a shootout. It wasn't until the second half that the fireworks arrived, and even then they were one sided.

The Lions were playing without All-Pro wideout Calvin Johnson but the Packers couldn't take advantage in the first half. Green Bay led 6-3 at the break, with both teams struggling to gain field position and score points.

Rodgers and crew found their groove later on. Rodgers hooked up with James Jones for an 83-yard touchdown toward the end of the third quarter to make the score 16-3. Rodgers finished with 274 yards, 127 of them to Jones.

With the win, the Packers brought their record up to 2-2 on the season, back to .500. They go on the road to play the defending champion Baltimore Ravens next week.
