#5-DE Corey Wootten-someone beside Julius Peppers needs to supply a pass rush. With Israel Idonije now in Detroit, Wootten is the most likely candidate.
#4-WR Alshon Jeffery-Brandon Marshall can't do it all by himself on offense. Jeffery can be a huge difference-maker if he can stay healthy.
#3-LT-Jermon Bushrod-He needs to protect Jay Cutler's blindside to give Cutler a chance to operate in the pocket. He's better than what the Bears have had at this position, but how much better?
#2-LB DJ Williams-He gets the first shot at replacing Brian Urlacher inside. Williams had some big years in Denver before he was suspended six games last season for testing positive for PEDs. He needs to be the old DJ Williams.
#1-QB Jay Cutler-teams need to top-of-the-line quarterback to do damage in the playoffs. Cutler has yet to prove that he is that caliber of player. Most of his worst games have come in the big games. If the Bears are going to have a great season it all begins with Cutler.
