Rockford- The IceHogs took another shot at the Chicago Wolves tonight. The Wolves shutout the IceHogs 6-0 last night in Rosemont. Tickets were sold out at the BMO Harris Bank Center to see the division rivalry and there were lots of cowboy hats in the stands. It was Country Night at the BMO. Cody Beach scored a goal in the second period to give the Wolves the lead but minutes later IceHogs' Brad Mills scored to tie the game 1-1. The IceHogs headed into overtime and the game ended in a shootout. Garrett Ross and Pierre-Marc Bouchard scored goals in the shootout to give the IceHogs the win 2-1. Jason LaBarbera played strong defense tonight and had thirty-five saves.

The IceHogs played without all-star Jeremy Morin who was called up to play with the Blackhawks earlier this week. Also missing from the game, Bobby Shea and Jared Nightingale who were suspended by the AHL this afternoon. Shea was suspended for eight games for fighting off the playing surface in last night's game against Chicago. Nightingale has been suspended for six games as a result of leaving the players' bench for the purpose of starting an altercation.

The IceHogs' next game is Friday in Grand Rapids.
