WTVO/WQRF -- Some rural school districts are closing early today because of near whiteout conditions on rural roads whipped by winds that are also producing dangerours wind chills.

High winds contributed to a semi rollover early Friday on I-90, and areas of blowing snow can turn a stretch of road from clear to hazardous in a second.

Chief Meteorologist Candice King says conditions will worsen as the day goes on as more snowfall is added to the mix, especially after 5pm.
